West Bank PLC members adopt work plan
Members of the Palestinian Legislative Council (PLC) in Ramallah has adopted a work plan to reactivate the PLC, which has been dysfunctional since the collapse of the unity cabinet in June 2007. A committee of representatives has agreed to form working groups to deal with selected issues, and to monitor legislation and executive decrees issued by the president.
