Phone voting from Gaza delays voting process
About 300 delegates to the Fatah convention has been refused to leave Gaza by Hamas rulers. Instead, the delegates are voting by phone for 18 seats on the executive body, the Central Committee, and 80 on the assembly, or Revolutionary Council.
