– Hope in the Egyptian proposal
Saleh Al-Naami provides an analysis of the Egyptian proposal. The proposed project calls for the creation of a national reconciliation government with specified tasks which includes preparing for new legislative and presidential elections. The document specifies that presidential and legislative elections should be held simultaneously at a date agreed between the factions and in accordance with a revised electoral law.
