Donors asked to press security forces
Human Rights Watch argues that donors to Palestinan security forces in the West Bank should condition their aid on concrete efforts to end serious abuses by all forces. Human Rights Watch and Palestinian human rights organizations have documented numerous cases of abuse. A number of the cases involve the Preventive Security, which officially reports to Interior Minister Abdel Razak al-Yahya in the Ramallah based caretaker cabinet.
