Khashan discusses possible co-operation with the Venice Commission
Palestinian Justice minister in the caretaker cabinet, Ali Khashan, has participated in the 74th plenary session of the Venice Commission. There, he participated in a discussion on possible co-operation between the Palestinian Authority and the Venice Commission. The Plenary Session took place in Venice 14-15 March 2008.

The Venice Commission, is the Council of Europe’s advisory body on constitutional matters. It was established in 1990 and has played a leading role in the adoption of constitutions that “conform to the standards of Europe’s constitutional heritage”.
